Jochen Lavéno Mangelsdorff is a Swedish design studio working at the intersection of light, material, and form.

The work explores how objects can shape perception through reflection, geometry, and controlled interaction with light.

Rooted in a background spanning industrial design, technology, and craft, the practice combines precision engineering with a sculptural approach. Physics and visual composition are used as tools to develop objects that are both functional and perceptual.

The collections are produced in small series, as locally as possible, with a focus on material integrity and long-term use. Each object is reduced to its essential elements, where construction, surface, and light interact to create a distinct visual presence.

In addition to the collection, the studio develops commissioned work and site-specific pieces in dialogue with architecture and context.
