Shipping & Returns

Orders are shipped from Sweden. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and vary depending on destination and order weight.

You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it. Products must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.

To arrange a return, please contact hey@jlmform.com before sending the product back. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.

If your order arrives damaged or you have received the wrong product, please contact hey@jlmform.com and we will help resolve the issue.
